So I have over $350 worth of charges because they don’t know what they’re doing and blame my bank for not processing things quickly enough. So now I have $160 pulled from my account for the original charge and have to wait for them to refund it because there’s another charge of $110 for what they actually shipped and another charge for $98 because that’s the difference of shipping costs. I wasn’t going to be charged for shipping but when they cancelled some of my order I was being charged shipping. But that they would refund my shipping charges. Well after speaking to their customer service department I was told that I was not eligible for a refund or an order cancellation because my order shipped already. 3 days later I get a notification that my complete order did not ship and that they would be correcting my charge. I placed an order on 1/5, the next day I received an email my order shipped and I was charged. I love their clothes but this most recent experience has made me no longer a customer.
