When I start BOINC from a command line in "c:\program files\boinc" with either the command "boinc", or "boinc -detach_console", BOINC runs, but in the BOINC manager indicates the GPUs as "missing". When I start BOINC via the BOINC Manager, GPUs are recognized and all is well.
